Day 10 - Samantha
Sorry - didn't post this yesterday. I remember most of what I ate, etc., though.
Weight: 119.8
Breakfast: Raw oatmeal with sliced apple, banana, walnuts and agave nectar to sweeten
I didn't eat anything else at work that day. I honestly wasn't that hungry until I got home, and when I got home I kind of grazed on various things. I ate a mango, a couple of tomatoes, a couple of cinnamon rolls, and some of Matt's "mexican" food.
I had a tough time mentally yesterday. While I am not going to cheat, I have been having a hard time thinking about how I am going to get through with being raw for the rest of my life. I love foods that are unhealthy for me, and it is going to be hard to give up my addiction to them. I hope that once I hit 30 days I will have more willpower to continue on. I can't be too hard on myself for feeling this way, though, because I am only 10 days into it. It would be unnatural for me to not have cravings for macaroni and cheese, chips, and bread. So I just have to do my best and keep at it.

Hey, could you post the 'Ranch Dip' recipe and your variations? (I don't have that book...)
Thanks guys and keep up the good work!!! I'm going to make some crackers tonight and I'm sprouting almonds as well... They even taste better sprouted!!!
