Day 11 - Samantha

Posting this a day late again... Sorry.

Weight: 120.6

Ate only fruit at work - I think I had a couple of bananas and a couple of apples. I took some prunes that looked like they would be okay to eat, but before I ate them I checked the company's website and they said that they dehydrate them at 185 degrees, which is way over the limit for it to still be considered raw or living. So I was pretty hungry by the time I got home.

When I got home I made pickles, which I haven't tried yet. I also made UnMeatloaf from a list of ingredients I saw somewhere on the internet. Here is the list as I remember it:

Sprouted sunflower seeds (I just soaked some for a few hours and used them immediately without sprouting)
Almonds
Walnuts
Celery
Onion
Garlic
Dates (I soaked these first)
Sundried tomatoes (I soaked these first)
Chili powder
Bragg's Liquid Aminos
Rosemary (I used dried)
Olive oil

I think that is it but if I think of anything else I'll add them. I did basically 1 cup each of the nuts, half an onion, 2 - 3 stalks of celery, and basically everything else to taste. It was a good chance for me to experiment.

It tasted pretty good, but I think when I get home tonight I will make patties out of this batch and dehydrate. I think that they will be good that way.

I also tried making raw babaganoush from a recipe I found on the internet, but let me just say that raw eggplant is a little bit awful. I threw out the whole batch after one taste. Thankfully it didn't cost me very much to buy the ingredients.
