Day 4 - Samantha

Weight: 121.4 lbs.
Body Fat: 27%

Today I feel much better than I did yesterday, but I have been running around today so I haven't eaten very much - so far I've only had a banana, pear, apple, and a handful of soaked, raw almonds.

Maybe Matt will have a raw pie waiting for me when I get home? ;)

Came home and made some Corn Chowder which consisted of almond milk, 1 avocado, 3 ears-worth of raw corn, and celtic sea salt. I added more spices to my bowl of raw soup such as garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, more salt, and other things that I can't remember at the moment.
I also ate a couple of raw tomatoes - I love eating them straight. They're perfect that way!
In regards to the body fat fluctuation - I really don't even know if my body fat reading is accurate or not. We have a digital scale that measures weight (obviously), body fat, and gives the amount of calories that should be eaten a day to maintain that weight (it, of course, knows what sex, age, and height you are to determine this as well). Who knows how accurate it is, so I wouldn't even know if I really am that high or fluctuating that much. Maybe I should stop including my boy fat because I really don't know the scale's accuracy when it comes to body fat... It does seem to be pretty accurate as far as weight is concerned, though, because I weigh roughly the same amount when I weigh on other scales.

  • Why is your BMI going up as your weight is going down?

  • Maybe our scale isn't very accurate on BMI. I also noticed mine did that too.
